In April 2015, BeSTinnovation brought Ari Adler and Francisca Barros, Director and Senior Designer of Ideo, Boston, to be participants and keynote speakers of the event "Experience Service: the thin red line" of ICARE at Casa Piedra. Ideo is one of the largest companies in the world design, which helps public and private sectors to innovate and grow.
